Cycling 100km per day for 3 days will take its toll on you if you’re not prepared right. Every month we run our official training rides in the run up to London to Paris.
We really need you to show up to at least two of these rides for us to properly assess your capabilities. You also need to sign up to Strava if you haven’t already so we can measure your performance in preparation for London to Paris 2019.
